Welcome to Rest Ashore. By reserving a campsite with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are in place to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and mutual respect of all our guests. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Assumption of Risk

By booking a site at Rest Ashore, guests acknowledge and accept that outdoor camping and related activities involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Use of electrical hook-ups

  • Operating camping or RV equipment

  • Nearby ocean tides and off-site excursions

  • Environmental factors such as uneven terrain, weather conditions, and wildlife

Rest Ashore is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from failure to follow standard safety protocols or from the misuse of equipment.

2. Electrical Hook-Ups and Equipment Use

Guests are solely responsible for safely connecting and operating their equipment with our on-site power hook-ups. If you are unfamiliar or unsure about how to safely connect or use your equipment, please speak with a staff member before proceeding. Rest Ashore assumes no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use of power hook-ups or camping equipment.

3. Off-Site Safety

Guests are solely responsible for safely connecting and operating their equipment with our on-site power hook-ups. If you are unfamiliar or unsure about how to safely connect or use your equipment, please speak with a staff member before proceeding. Rest Ashore assumes no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use of power hook-ups or camping equipment.

4. General Conduct and Responsibility

Guests are expected to:

  • Follow all posted signs and staff instructions

  • Use facilities and equipment responsibly

  • Supervise children and pets at all times

  • Maintain cleanliness of the site
     

Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rest Ashore and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by guests or visitors due to accidents, acts of nature, negligence, or misuse of property or amenities.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing a reservation through www.restashore.ca, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
